Any new, unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Far Fetched Accessories are not responsible for postage costs associated with returns, with the exception if the return is due to an error on our part (defective/incorrect item). In this instance Far Fetched Accessories will pay for the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings.
Any issues with items that need to be returned must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by email to email@example.com. All items returned should be returned unworn and in the original packaging and in the condition they were initially received. We understand that you would like to try on the jewellery but please do not exceed 5 minutes if you wish to return the item. All returns must be sent by traceable post.
There is no exchange or refund on personalised items.

** Please note that due to Covid-19 delivery times may be extended. International Shipping has commenced again as of the 14th May as most countries are back accepting packages, but please accept there may be some delays. We will notify you by email if a package cannot be delivered to your destination country.
Ireland & Northern Ireland orders - most of our products are delivered by Fastway Couriers, however we have introduced An Post standard, untracked postage for Earrings Only and A4 Wall Prints only. We cannot deliver any other products using this postage option. If this delivery option is selected for any other items than specified, where possible we will contact you to correct same, however, during busy periods we cannot be expected to do this and it may delay your delivery. We take no responsibility for the delay of your order if this is the case.
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland tracked postage is with Fastway Couriers. This is at a flat rate of €6. We use registered post with An Post for everywhere else and prices depends on the country. By using registered post your package is insured and fully traceable, no hidden terms & conditions here. When entering your address please ensure that the delivery address given is one that you/or someone you nominate will be at to sign for your package. We are not responsible for any delays in you receiving your package due to incorrect address or contact number.
Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. Delivery times are stated. If you have ordered an item to be personalised using our new Personalise Me service please allow another day onto the delivery times.
Once your package leaves us here you will receive an email stating so and if sent by courier you will receive your tracking details and a link to track the journey of your parcel.
Please keep jewellery away from perfumes, jewellery should always be wiped cleaned after use and stored in a cool dark space and not in direct sunlight as this will discolour it.
Please note that plated jewellery can be scratched and to mindful when wearing with zips and other jewellery alongside. All our pieces are quality assured and fully checked before leaving. We are not responsible for any damage done to the item are you receive it.
