Postage

​

Customers from Non EU countries please note you are liable for any VAT and Custom charges applicable in your own country. 

Ireland and Northern Ireland orders are currently delivered by Fastway Couriers and there is a standard €7 delivery charge. 

All other countries delivery prices are calculated at the checkout.

Terms & Conditions

​

Far Fetched Accessories are not responsible for postage costs associated with returns, with the exception if the return is due to an error on our part (defective/incorrect item). In this instance Far Fetched Accessories will pay for the return shipping costs.

Personalising 

​

We emboss every design by hand individually and therefore results may vary between each piece. This means all slight variations are normal and not considered as defects. 

​

There is no exchange or refund on personalised items.
For hygiene reasons, there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings.

Delivery

​

Ireland & Northern Ireland orders are delivered by Fastway Couriers.

When placing your order you should ensure that the delivery address given is one that you/or someone you nominate will be at to sign for your package. Please note during busy times our couriers can not call back to you if you are not there. If your package cannot be left in a safe place it will be returned to us undelivered and an extra delivery charge will be incurred by you. We are not responsible for any delays in you receiving your package due to incorrect address or contact number. 

All overseas deliveries are by registered post using An Post. By using registered post your parcel is fully insured and traceable. 

Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Personalised items will take longer. Delivery times are as stated.

Returns

Returns are only valid when we are notified and the items is returned within 28 days of receipt.

Please email us at info@farfetchedaccessories.ie. All items returned should be returned unworn and in the original packaging and in the condition they were initially received. We understand that you would like to try on the jewellery but please do not exceed 5 minutes if you wish to return the item. All returns must be sent by traceable post.

If you receive an incorrect/damaged items please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and the issue you are having. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 28 days returns policy.

​Care Instructions

​

Please keep jewellery away from perfumes, jewellery should always be wiped cleaned after use and stored in a cool dark space and not in direct sunlight as this will discolour it. Please note that plated jewellery can be scratched easily so be mindful when wearing zips or alongside other jewellery. All items are quality assured before leaving us and we will not exchanged any items scratched or damaged after you receive them.
